Q. What payment methods do you accpet?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Discover and Paypal.

 

Q. What currencies do you accept?

All orders are charged in USD.

Q. How can I make a payment using my credit card?

Making a payment with your credit card is simple and secure. Follow these steps:

 

1. Checkout Process: When you're ready to complete your purchase, proceed to the checkout page.

2. Payment Method: At checkout, you'll be prompted to select your preferred payment method. Choose "Paypal" as your payment option.

3. Pay with PayPal: You'll be directed to the PayPal page. If you don't have a PayPal account, choose "Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card."

4. Enter Card Details: You'll then need to enter your credit card details, including the card number, expiration date, and security code (CVV).

5. Billing Information: Provide the billing information associated with your credit card, including your name and billing address.

6. Confirm Payment: After entering your card details, review your order summary and click on the "Pay Now" button to confirm your payment.

7. Payment Processing: Once you've confirmed your payment, we will securely process your credit card payment in real-time.

8. Order Confirmation: After successful payment processing, you'll receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

Shipping

Q - Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

As soon as your order has been accepted, we immediately begin processing to get it to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to make any changes to orders once placed.

 

Q - What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days after purchase in your original payment method. Returns will exclude the amount of outbound shipping costs and any return label fees. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Should an item in your order be damaged, missing, or incorrect, reach out to our customer service team with your order number and an image of the damaged item and our team is happy to help you. You can reach out to us at hello@fromonetoten.com.

 

Q - Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.

 

Q - Why is an item missing from my package?

Depending on the size of your order, availability of the items and the locations of items shipped, your orders may be split into two (or more) shipments.

Your shipping confirmation will include a summary of the items in each package along with your tracking number. If any of your items are not included within the confirmation, this will mean that your order is shipping in multiple packages. Keep an eye out for any additional shipping confirmations for the remainder of your items.

If you suspect an item is missing from your order, please reach out to us at hello@fromonetoten.com with your order number and the name of the item.

 

Q - How do I submit KYC for orders made from India?

Customers who are ordering from an address India MUST write 14-digit KYC number in 'LEAVE A NOTE WITH YOUR ORDER' at checkout.

Without KYC number, your order and shipping process may experience a delay.

Q - From which country do you ship from?

All products are shipped from South Korea and we ship to below countries:

Q - How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Here's a general overview:

 

  • FedEx Economy: 7 days
  • FedEx Priority: 2~3 days
  • FedEx Connect Plus: 2~4 days
  • K-Packet: 7~20 days, varying based on your location.

Q. When will my order ship?

Your order will undergo processing, which typically takes 2-3 days. Once processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method.

Due to global supply chain delays, some orders may take longer than expected to reach you. If you are experiencing any additional delays with your order, please reach out to us on hello@fromonetoten.com.

 

Q. Do you charge duties and taxes?

Duties and taxes depend on your country's customs laws and From One To Ten does not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office if you would like further deails. Please note that additional fees may incur at your local customs.

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders above the specified minimum purchase threshold, which varies based on your location. Please refer to the table below to find out the specific free shipping policy for your country:
